The samples provided in this Sample Pack are cleared for use by the Butterscotch library in personal projects, leasing and selling beats on sites such as Beatstars, and independent releases that are not distributed through a major label. For these purposes, sample clearance is not required.

However, if your beat or song created with one of our samples is to be distributed through or by a major label, you agree to contact us to clear the specific sample.You also agree to credit us with co-production and provide us with 20% of the publishing royalties associated with the use of the sample in the project. You will not be required to split your advance with us.

All products sold on the Butterscotch Library website are digital products. The Butterscotch Library prohibits the resale, lease, or share of any purchased products. The Butterscotch Library prohibits the use of content contained within our products to be used in any sample pack, drum kit, or library of any kind.
